I stayed in this lovely and perfectly positioned house for nearly a week and it was glorious. All the mod cons and most of all, great views of the sea and the sunrise was spectacular from the top terrace (my favourite time of day). Your own walkway to the beach with rabbits dashing around in front of you it's a wonderful place to stay. Thank you Brian and Erin for being so helpful. I'll hope to stay again next time I'm there for a rocket launch from Kennedy

Great location right on the beach great views from the deck and was very clean. The price was a little high propably because it was spring break . It would have been perfect if it was just us but halfway through vacation the adjoining town house was rented and honestly we can hear everything from the other renters even there conversations were very clear . We then felt we had to be quiet because they would hear us which made it a little uncomfortable

Wonderful place to stay! Very short walk to the beach. Beach and ocean views from house. The house is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Everything you need is very close by. We had a very relaxing stay. Thank you!

Great Family Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (9 &12) and had a great time. Having private beach access was fantastic and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Erin was very responsive when we needed anything and we would definitely stay again!

Another wonderful stay

This is my families second stay and we absolutely love the beachfront location. We enjoyed the week relaxing on the beach. Loved sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean.

Visiting the Space Coast

This lovely condo was the perfect location for a short family vacation! Favorites of the trip were the great views and access to the beach. The lower sun room was our favorite space! Looking forward to coming back sokn!

Little gem

I always try to stay at this property when we are in cape canaveral. So convenient, perfect location right off the beach and the property owner responds very quickly. Can’t wait to stay again next year!

I just came down to Cocoa for a couple days of deep sea fishing with a buddy of mine. This little beach house is awesome. Super easy check-in/check out. Cozy little backyard and walk straight out to the beach. 10 minutes from Jetty Park boat launch. Excellent

Best beach cottage

Ocean breezes welcomed us to this charming well equipped and beautifully styled cottage. The upstairs deck was the perfect place to watch the ocean and catch the recent air show! Will definitely stay again. Thank you for holding on to this gem rather than selling out to the condos!

Great Oceanfront Property

The townhouse was perfect for our four day getaway with our two dogs. Great view of the ocean as well as a private beach entry. It is well stocked and comfortable. Communication through the whole rental process was prompt and easy. We highly recommend this property.

Just Great!

Nice place! Fully stocked with everything! Very generous amounts of towels, toilet paper, etc. The house is beautiful. The view is gorgeous. And of course, it's right on the beach! Greatly recommended.

Fantastisch Location

The House is directly at the Beach, a private beach access takes you within 30m to the beach. It is very beutifully decorated and has everything one might Need during a beach vacation.The Location is wonderful and also the neighborhood is quiet.The house is a duplex and the walls are thin, so more energetic neighbors can be heard.My family and I very much enjoyed being there and would certainly come back one time.

Close to the beach

Easy access and great communication. Calm beach for kids. House was a little dirty and there is loud construction that starts at 8am at the building next door that will be going on for a while.
