Want to relax and recharge in the sun, with family or friends? The "Three Suns" villa welcomes you! A cozy house in Bainboeuf on the northern tourist coast of the island, 200m from the beach, at the exit of Pereybere beach, a few minutes from the fishing village of Cap Malheureux and Grand Baie, the most touristy seaside resort on the island. Close to the tourist center (restaurants, activities, shops) in a residential area, our house is quiet, secure (home alarm and residence cameras), and very close to the beaches (just a street to cross). With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people: 1 double bed 160, 1 double bed 180, and a room with 2 beds 90 that can be separated or pushed together for a double bed. 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, large equipped kitchen. It is equipped to live comfortably both as couples and as a family (washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker).The furnished terrace overlooking the private pool is a very pleasant living space - outdoor pool shower and private garden with sun loungers, TV + Wi-Fi. For your meals, you can opt for "homemade" - see equipped kitchen - and for charcoal grill enthusiasts, BBQ available. There are also many multicultural restaurants for all budgets in Grand Baie and Pereybere. In terms of location: Bainboeuf beach (3 minutes on foot) offers a beautiful view of the Northern islands and access to a multitude of coves and turquoise waters from the beach. For those tempted by diving or snorkeling: we recommend the diving club at the end of the street which offers you the chance to explore the underwater world and lagoon, safely. Close to major roadways. For those hesitant to drive on the left, taxis are 500m away and, more locally, there is a bus nearby. Concierge service on-site to welcome you, and of course all our tips and addresses if you need them.

Fantastic location close to some of the best beaches.

We experienced good communication before, during and after the trip. Nice and helpful owner, and local representative on location. Die Betreuung war exzellent,vor Ort wie auch im Voraus. Schönes Haus mit allen drum und dran

Wir haben das gut eingerichtet Haus voll und ganz genossen. Alles war wie beschrieben, der Pool war sauber und wir haben uns gut erholt. Der öffentliche Strand ist in kurzer Distanz gut zu erreichen. Das Checkin/out mit Karine und die ErklĂ€rungen von der EigentĂŒmerin Françoise waren schnell, freundliche und klar. Es ist eine Freude als Gast in diesem gepflegten Haus zu wohnen Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© en famille, Ă  5 dans cette maison durant 15j. Tout est conforme Ă  ce qui est indiquĂ© dans l’annonce. Elle est trĂšs proche de la plage de bainboeuf. 5min Ă  pieds. TrĂšs bon emplacement

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© une semaine dans cette charmante maison. Tout Ă©tait fonctionnelle, la maison est bien Ă©quipĂ©e , la climatisation dans les chambres Ă©tait apprĂ©ciable. Nous avons beaucoup aimĂ© l’emplacement, trĂšs proche des plus belles plages du Nord, et de nombreuses activitĂ©s. Nous avions une voiture mais nous avons aussi testĂ© le bus, il passe juste dans la rue Ă  200 mĂštres. SupermarchĂ© trĂšs proche. La plage de Bainboeuf est magnifique pour les photos et la vue, par contre moins adaptĂ© pour la baignade, les enfants ont prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© les grandes plages de Pereybere ou Mont Choisy qui sont Ă  proximitĂ© (en voiture ou en bus.) RĂ©sidence sĂ©curisĂ©e. TrĂšs bon contact avec Françoise et Karine.

Tres belle villa

La villa est spacieuse , décorée avec gout et trÚs calme. Elle est idéalement située à 2 minutes a pieds de la mer. Les arrets de bus sont à proximité. Rien à dire également pour l accueil avec Karine qui est disponible et de bons conseils. C est une excellente adresse pour passer de belles vacances entre amis ou en famille.

La maison de Françoise est trĂšs agrĂ©able, trĂšs spacieuse, conviviale et toute Ă©quipĂ©e. Un vrai havre de paix et parfaite pour se reposer ou partir en excursion. Elle se situe au calme Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied de la petite plage de Bain BƓuf et 5 minutes en voiture de Grand Baie. Nettes großes Haus mit tollem Pool, den wir jeden Tag genutzt haben. Ruhige Lage, zum Strand nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe alles problemlos. Zur Grand Bai braucht man aber ein Auto oder auch mit Bus. Dort gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und viele GeschĂ€fte sowie Restaurants.

Nous revenons d’un sĂ©jour de 13 jours oĂč nous avons Ă©tĂ© merveilleusement accueilli par Françoise et karine dans cette jolie maison, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e ( avec 2 douches italiennes, climatisation dans toutes les chambres, ventilateur dans la maison et sur la terrasse. La piscine est trĂšs agrĂ©able. La rĂ©sidence est calme et sĂ©curisĂ© situĂ©e Ă  deux minutes Ă  pied, de la plage et Ă  proximitĂ© de restaurant et de plusieurs autres plages magnifiques. Cette Ăźle est vraiment magnifique avec un peuple accueillant .

Que du bonheur!

Une belle surprise que cette maison idĂ©alement placĂ©e Ă  quelques pas (3mn) de la mer, de 2 centres de plongĂ©e, Ă  l’écart du tumulte des villes, un excellent pied Ă  terre pour parcourir l’üle. Le top du top! Que dire des prestations mis Ă  part qu’il y a tout le confort nĂ©cessaire, il ne manque rien pour se sentir comme chez soi, avec une piscine bien pratique pour finir la journĂ©e. Une prestation de qualitĂ© avec le souci du dĂ©tail. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© reçu par Karine qui nous a concoctĂ© une semaine parfaite de la location de voiture, aux infos sur les restaurants, les sorties bateaux, les ballades.
