Host for Hill Country Premier would not allow a late checkout knowing weather conditions were not ideal/safe to be driving in. Their response was because they may have another booking to get the house ready for. As the property manager they know whether or not they have someone else booked. For that reason we made the decision to leave after one night so we wouldn’t get stuck on the icy roads or on the property as there was an inclined driveway to get out. I would really appreciate some kind of credit to use towards another booking through Vrbo in the near future. I really feel this would have been a better review if the circumstances were different and the host was a little more accommodating to the safety of their guests.
