Better now.

Been to the location over a period of 15 years, new owners have invested money on the amenities and staff, the manageress added that continued improvements are planned over the winter making this the best resort in the area - we tend to agree!

Die Anlage ist sehr gut angelegt, relativ nah zum See. Der Pool war leider schon geschlossen, da die Sommersaison beendet war. Wir hatten ein Classic Appartement, welches zwar sauber war, aber die Möbel waren schon älter. Das Badezimmer teilweise renoviert (Waschbecken), Dusche leider nicht. In der Küche 2 Kochfelder, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle. Nicht unbedingt ein Appartement, in welchem man sich selbst versorgt. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und war jederzeit hilfreich. Für ein paar Tage durchaus zu empfehlen.

Idealer Ort für unseren Familienurlaub. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Tiefgarage ist leider etwas eng und somit nicht so gut für Familienautos geeignet, aber es klappte trotzdem mit dem Parken. Der Außenpool mit den Liegen ist großartig. Das Classic Appartement ist sehr großzügig und war für eine Familie absolut ausreichend. Für die Verdunkelung hat jedes Zimmer Fensterläden.

Wir haben spontan gebucht und einen tollen Kurzurlaub gehabt. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Hotelanlage ist gepflegt und ansprechend.

A nice stay

I would say this is a really nice place. Perfect location to everything (except the main road) Hotel is well taken care of. Plus: Location Cleanliness Friendly staff Nice beds Minus: If you have a room fronting the main road you will have trouble sleeping in the main room. The garage is quite tight so don’t expect a full size car to fit. No dish washer Pool was a bit cold

Uns hat es super gefallen. Alles sauber, nix kaputt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gilt auch für das Restaurant. Das Essen dort war echt sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war für uns völlig in Ordnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Bel hôtel dans un beau village

Bel hôtel proche du Lac Majeur. Appartement climatisé en très bon état. Nous avons tout de même du demander à notre arrivée que le sol soit nettoyé. Cannobio agréable pour les promenades le long du lac. L'accès au garage en passant au milieu des poubelles n'est pas très accueillant et ne correspond pas aux attentes d'un 4 étoiles. Stationnement un peu onéreux : 10 euros par nuit.
