Beautiful character villa close to the beach (1 minute walk) and 15 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals and the city center of Cannes.
Garden, swimming pool (can be heated from April 1 to October 30 with €200 supplement), large terrace with pergola, panoramic sea view and courtyard allowing parking for 3 vehicles.
5 bedrooms (10 people), two of which have terraces.
Three bathrooms and two separate toilets.

The villa is spacious and the outside space is not overlooked. It is a great location for the beech and Cannes marina/town centre. Having stayed at several villas at a similar price level, we were surprised to not have had a change of linen and towels or for the swimming pool serviced during the week’s stay. We also found your house manager rude when we checked out and incorrectly accused us of damaging two doors. Nonetheless we had a wonderful week staying at the house.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

The house was the most PERFECT location to have a beach family vacation. Each morning we walked to the bakery. Enjoyed a bottle of wine and beautiful French cheeses while the kids played by the pool each evening.

The perfect Cannes

The villa, with it's breathtaking views and gorgeous blooming gardens, is beautiful. The understated photos give just a tiny hint of it's charm. We celebrated out 50th wedding anniversary with a week here..kids and grandkiddies too - ages 73 - 2. Everyone loved it. It's spacious and perfectly located. Just a stroll to the wonderful Plage du Midi and a nice walk to great restaurants, and local markets.

Amazing little Oasis a few meters away from the beach

We have been travelling to Cannes for many years already and we are so happy to have found this little gem in Cannes. A great stay in this beautiful house just a few meters from the Plage du Midi Beach and walking distance to the center of Cannes. The heated pool is a great plus for those who enjoy jumping into water at anytime during the day. Rooms are spatious and the beds can be arranged easily either as double or single beds, which was a big plus for our group. Overall a strong recommendation for 2+ families or groups of friends, We will definitely come back !

Huset i sig och uteplatsen med pool Àr vÀldigt fin. Fantastisk utsikt. Mycket nÀra till havet, fin sandstrand. Vi har verkligen uppskattat den vÀlfungerande AC:n, tvÀttmaskinen, diskmaskinen och ismaskinen i kylskÄpet. Vi hade önskat nÄgra fler solbÀddar, en bÀttre grill och nÄgra utemöbler till balkongerna. Man bör vara medveten om att det Àr en bit till nÀrmsta supermarket. Det gÄr dock bussar i nÀrheten som fungerar utmÀrkt.VÀrdarna Àr mycket lÀtta att ha kontakt med och svarar direkt.

belle maison avec vue spectaculaire

TrÚs bon séjour dans cette vaste maison bien décorée et tournée vers la mer avec des transports en commun tout proches pour explorer la région (on peut laisser la voiture dans la propriété) et le centre ville à 10 minutes à pied. Le beau temps nous a accompagné durant nos vacances et certains ont nagé dans la mer....On y reviendra sans aucun doute

Toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié cette maison de 5 chambres trÚs confortable avec une vue incroyable...On peut facilement laisser la voiture et utiliser les transports en commun pour faire de belles randonnées, marcher en ville ou prendre le bateau pour les iles Lérins.
