The staff were courteous and very helpful, and the gym was excellent—one of the best hotel gyms I’ve experienced. However, the bed was very uncomfortable, with a noticeable dip in the middle and at the head of the bed. I reported this to the front desk, and they sent someone to inspect it. It was determined that the bed frame was broken and that both the frame and mattress needed to be replaced. The issue took almost three hours to resolve, which caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my rest

The hotel not the youngest kid on the block is well kept and the suites with their separate bedroom living area were good. The gas FP in the room is also a nice touch on a cold winters day
