Room was okay and comfortable. I just wished there was a breakfast included. No complimentary slippers and toothbrush. But for its price, it’s a good deal. View from the room is Canadian Rocky! Can’t complain. 😊

The room we were given had a door leading directing outside near the main road. When we left through it we were unable to use our keycard to get back in the main door. There should have been a sign explaining this to guests. The beds were extremely creaky and not comfortable and the train was loud.

Our unit was nice but the rest of the property and amenities were incredibly inconvenient. The underground parking is insane- too few spots, narrow, poles- surprisingly our car made it out okay. You drive in and out on the wrong side and nearly crash with other cars-an absolute disasterous design. We had to walk soooo far to the elevator, lobby, pool, parking garage- the place is a maze and there isn’t even an ice machine in our building! Restaurant/bar had 1 person waitressing/hosting. The free bikes were 2 rough fat tire bikes - with only 1 available- and we’re a family of 4. Also note, this property is on the other side of the train tracks from town so you get stuck for awhile when the train comes through as they are long.

Lovely area - a quick drive but longer walk to the downtown area, with mountains visible everywhere. Close to the highway, and many restaurants. Room was nice, but note there is no cleaning or maid service, and we were there for 5 days. Not a big deal to us, but may be to others. We tried the restaurant onsite for both breakfast and dinner and had a good meal both times. My only concern was that the parking spots were tiny, and parking the rental car was a bit nerve-wracking each time.

Amazing location, hall Reno’s are really nice. The room was quite run down, floors were dirty and very scratched. The doors and handles were very dirty. The shower/bath was a complete disappointment looked like something from the 90’s, jetted and cheap. For $500+ per night, I could of stayed somewhere better.

Nice 2 bedroom suite. The gym is small and lacking options other than free weights and a bike and an elliptical. No front desk service 11pm-7am. No ice machine. Was clean but going through renovations. Pool was adequate for adults wanting to swim but a great option for kids with water park type atmosphere. Close proximity to many lakes and mountains and has a full kitchen and laundry in the suite. Beds were comfortable.
