Awesome 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo unit for a 3-night stay with a friend flying in from out of province. Unit was very well kept and clean, considering its age and the amount of turnover occupancy. Standard things to be expected like dents on coffee tables and chips on furniture. A/C was not working. Front Desk didn’t say anything about it despite a post-it note on top of my room reservation saying “check with maintenance that A/C is working” that they crumpled up and threw out. I came to the front desk after checking in to report it. HVAC came to the room 3 hours later to repair it. The town of Canmore also had a power outage for a couple hours during our stay, luckily I went back to bed after talking to the Front Desk that it wasn’t just our unit or the hotel. Awesome location, great hotel for families or large groups. Felt like an apartment and very comfy. Gym was small but serviceable. We did not use the waterslide or hot tub but I’ve stayed at the Annex Building many times and it’s enjoyable. Renovations were taking place so the hallways were gutted. The parking garage can be confusing which spots are available for hotel guest and which spaces are owned for condo owners.

I could tell they had done some updates to the annex building which was nice, but the showers didn't have any ledges for soaps etc, and the doors are not stroller/handicap accessible. The front door has a button that doesn't work and the side door you must enter has two doors in succession which is very difficult to get through with a stroller or wheelchair. The restaurant connected to the main building was nice and the food was great. Didn't have enough time to enjoy the pools but they looked lovely

Blinds make no sense. They don't cover the whole window so lots of light comes in. The fridge isn't level.so it wobbles a lot. Bed was comfy and room clean. Service was ok, only 1 front desk agent, so we had to wait a while. Its defintly overpriced for what you get. No early check in available.

The appeal was the water slide and pool, but there is a public pool that has even more just down the road! The hotel is a secondary provider (owner?) and there is a lot of confusion and weirdness. There was construction happening and it's a bit run down elsewhere, especially for the price - the value just wasn't there. It was 'fine'.

Far too expensive for a very mediocre room - basic but clean. All necessary amenities were there. Quite disappointing as it felt very different to the main building. i would not stay there or recommend it. Family members paid similar rates and had beautiful rooms/ townhiuses and condos.

Room had a bunch of mold in it. In the corners of the bathroom and literally dripping pink mold from the ceiling when we showered. Asked about moving rooms, was denied. Requested a refund after the fact, denied. Would not recommend.

Great Stay and Wonderful Staff

The room was clean and well decorated. Beautiful view off the balcony and great access to pathways. The steam shower was super cool though a little difficult to figure out so we just listened to music and had normal showers haha Having a washer and dryer in the room was super handy with how often we were at the pool! There were more than enough toiletries and kitchen accessories, though a larger salad bowl would have been nice. Some regular wear and tear throughout the room but nothing that effected our stay. The pool and water slide was a blast! My kiddo didn’t want to leave! We didn’t use the restaurant though it looked lovely and the fool looked delicious! Maybe a couple more kid friendly options would be nice but not necessary. The build your own option would have been a great option if we hadn’t cooked so much in the room. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with any questions we had and even the contractors working on the renovation were super kind and respectful. My kiddo was extra excited about how many compliments they got on their outfits! The halls were a little extra spooky due to the renovations but we can’t wait to see how they look when everything is done! Had a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our visit. The room was very comfortable and clean. We could walk anywhere in Canmore. We were very happy with the terrace, it was comfortable and we had a bbq which we liked.
