This hotel is right near the beach, close to everything. Great pool where you can watch the beach and the surfers. Breakfast was amazing, huge assortment of foods, I had the most amazing pumpkin soup here! All food fresh and tasty. Our room was spacious with the best shower! Our only issue was our room was at front facing the street so up until 4am it was very noisy from surrounding clubs/bars

The property kind of mid leads you with their lagoon view option as it is not an ocean view room it is a waterfall pool for viewing only. No swimming! And I thought it was a bit over priced for the area! You can find much nicer and bigger accommodations for less money in the canguu area! The music on the first floor rooms goes till about ten o’clock and the street noise is loud for first floor rooms.

Property is very run down and needs updating. Upon opening front door, a strong moldy smell hit us. So much to the point where we changed hotels after one night (meant to stay for 7) and asked for a refund as the hotel is not what the pictures show and is very outdated and old. The “lagoon room” is more of a “pond room”. Unfortunately our request for a refund was denied

The staff here are excellent. We stayed for 6 nights. The rooftop pool was lovely and a really good temperature. We ended up unwell with our daughter getting Bali belly, but the staff were very understanding, and offered us a later check out. Would definitely stay again!

I love this hotel, the staff are always so lovely and genuinely want to make your experience a good one.its so convenient for the beach and a lit of local bars and restaurants. The pool and restaurant upstairs has amazing views both day and night and great to watch sunset with 2 for 1 cocktails! Good breakfast options and Menu in both eating areas upstairs and at the lobby is very affordable and even room service is too. Downside this visit was it was more noisy than my last, floors outside out ground floor room were having something done with a noisy machinery at 2.15am, then you can here trolleys, door slamming, the waterfall from lagoon and some generator or something generally from about 6am , we made staff aware and they were very apologetic, but it did cause us a few nights of disturbed sleep, I would definately want to stay again, but my friend did find it a bit much so they need to be aware of the noise issue through the night and early mornings, people on holiday want to relax and sleep well!! Staff were lovely though!

I dont know how this is a 4 star property. The only good thing about the property is the location (which is close to a lot of part spots). The room was not very clean we checked in. The bathtub was rusty and the curtains were dirty. Wont be staying here again.

Staff were attentive. Breakfast buffet had different cuisine featured each day. I liked particularly the fresh ginger slices, lime, lemon slices and ginger juice and honey offered at the tea section. Am also happy that they had a station featuring cloves, Roselle and various herbs at the reception area to make yourselves a cup of soothing herbal tea before sleep. There are also many dining options outside the hotel along the road. To note that not all rooms are with smart TVs.
