Toller Blick auf den Hafen und das Meer! Sehr schön ausgestattet und praktisch aufgeteilt. Lediglich das Schlafzimmer hat din Manko, da es kein wirkliches Fenster gibt
 es fĂŒhrt in den Mittelgang des GebĂ€udes mit Blick auf die AufzugtĂŒr.

Passage en France pour faire notre permis bateau

Nous sommes arrivĂ©s dans un petit appartement charmant, aprĂšs 11heures de route. Accueil tres bie. Vue magnifique, mais trĂšs chaud, il y a une chambre , avec une fenetre qui fait courant d'air, mais pas de drapes de lit et la fenĂȘtre de la chambre donne dans la cage d'escalier, en face de l'ascenseur avec un grillage comme sĂ©curitĂ©. A toute heures il y a du passage et l'odeur asphyxiante de la peinture fraĂźche. Il y a un volet, mais si on le ferme , il n'y a plus d'air. Magnifique salle de bain, refaite, avec tres bon dĂ©bit d'eau mais aucune serviettes de bain, jute un tapis de bain. Nous n'avons pas pu dormir dans la chambre, plus fraĂźche la nuit, a cause des odeurs, et du passage. Et on nous demande 70 euro, pour le mĂ©nage, si on ne le fait pas. On nous les rends apres check-out si tout est ok.

Appartement bien situé, beaucoup de visites intéressantes. le gros souci est l' état de propreté de l'appartement ( poussiÚre, morceaux de verre, aspirateur hors d' usage, bac à douche sale, matelas taché, torchons innommables). nous avons fait le ménage à notre arrivée et à notre départ. Avons contacté le propriétaire par sms. photos à l' appui, en espérant un geste commercial de sa part, sans réponse à ce jour.

Minimalistisch

Het appartement was op zich prima. Helaas rook de slaapkamer muf en ramen kon je niet echt open zetten want die kwamen uit op de galerij. Bankbed uitgezet in de woonkamer, gelukkig waren we met 2 personen. Geen dekbedovertrekken en slopen aanwezig, helaas. Verder goed verblijf gehad maar het appartement is minimalistisch ingericht en geen gemakkelijke stoelen als je buiten wilt zitten. Er staat een gemakkelijke stoel maar als je met meer personen bent niet handig. De dame van het agentschap was zeer vriendelijk.

Une bonne communication humaine avec l'agence chargĂ© de l'accueil et de dĂ©part. Bonne situation juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la mer. PropretĂ© bonne. Bien Ă©quipĂ© au niveau de la cuisine, y compris toute la vaisselle. L'immeuble est plus attirant avec ses rĂ©sidents habituels trĂšs trĂšs amical. Appartement fonctionnel et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Propre bien situĂ© prĂšs de la grande roue et du port. A deux pas de la mer et de grands parking. Local Ă  vĂ©los fermĂ©. Place de parking un peu loin mais en pleine saison apprĂ©ciable. FenĂȘtre de chambre donnant sur l'ascenseur. Un peu bruyant. Salle de bain trĂšs petite, encombrĂ©e par un grand placard et sol abimĂ©. Beaucoup de rangements, de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine. Grand frigo. Bonnes dimensions de la TV.

Vacances de noël à Canet plage

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© prĂšs de l'aquarium Oniria et une vue exceptionnelle sur le port de Canet plage. TrĂšs bon accueil, bien Ă©quipĂ© et bonne literie chambre. Nous avons passĂ© d'excellentes vacances. Suggestion : parquet de la salle de bains Ă  rĂ©nover (peut-ĂȘtre enlevĂ© grand meuble blanc en entrant dans la salle de bains pour agrandir l'espace et agencer une belle Ă©tagĂšre sous le lavabo).
