What I have to say is that of the 5 trips I have visited Mexico 🇲🇽 this is one of the best that I have had, because I always go to Royaton, Hard Rock, to Los Dreams and I have to admit that this resort is not as well known as the others but it is super excellent, the best, the employees, the food, the cleanliness, the show at night, the view of the hotel to the beach, the pools all, ESPECIALLY BACTENDER WHO WAS ALWAYS IN THE CHILDREN'S POOL WHOSE NAME WAS LOST BUT I THINK IT'S CALLED (PEDRO) I'm not sure and the guys at the pool that has the bar inside are great people, EVERYTHING IN THAT HOTEL IS 5 STARS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE

1. The beach was “infested “ with new and old decaying seaweed with unbearable pungent smell. It was up to 20 feet deep along the whole property. They didn’t bother to clean even a small strip. The sickening smell crept even to the room. 2. Except for the buffet, there was very limited availability of restaurants and below average others. To make the matter worse, it was hard to make reservations and some of them were closed more than one day for one reason or another.

Property was well kept and food was always great! Gustavo at the swim up bar was a blast! Good for relaxing. Property lacked in variety activity and not as many shows as other resorts. Also a bit of a racoon infestation!

Jared was absolute amazing! He helped us in every way and checked in on us to see how our stay was going. I would give him 5 stars. That being said…..We upgraded to privilege and the lady right by the privilege check (where we were told to go to if we had questions) was sooooo rude and flat out mean. I was so uncomfortable. Once in our room none of the phones would work to order room service. We didn’t get to order it once. Last day we found out that you had to call 3200 to get a hold of anyone. Was a sad experience for us. There were some diner reservations that the waiters were also rude ans they said behind our back not to give us wine menus because we have no money. All of this was very shocking to me. Will Rona a different resort to visit. Also I have never in my life left a review but felt the need to to share my experiences.
