We’ve stayed here several times. The location is fantastic and we love their beach area. It’s not luxury but it’s clean, safe and walkable to everything Puerto Morelos has to offer.

Love the value of a studio with a small balcony with ocean view to have a mocha made in the kitchenette.5 minute walk to all the restaurants. Nice beach chairs on the ocean. Not new but cosy.

This is a very run down condo. Furniture is dirty and beat up. The door is very flimsy. The staff are rude and dismissive. The good thing is that it is directly on the beach with beautiful views.

It is what it is

This is my second time staying. The first I stayed in the annex which is not ocean front. I stayed in an ocean front suite this time. The room was in poor shape. The doors were broken, stove was dirty, water bottle empty. I stayed for two weeks and the screens being broken was frustrating. The couch was dirty and while I was under the impression there was no smoking everyone chain smoked on the patios and beach which was pretty annoying with little kids and the room being hot we needed the doors open. The staff they have is amazing but I do see some management issues. Getting my room cleaned was difficult as they aren’t staffed appropriately. The beach was covered in garbage and rarely tended to. The ocean front rooms are in desperate need of updates. For example there was just a drawer completely missing. There also needs to be drying racks for bathing suites and towels. The place is quaint and the location is amazing but I really wish the hotel group would put some love into the property. We will probably stay again but I can’t say I was super satisfied.

A bit noisy shabby decor but nice roof top pool

This is a modern hotel but feels old. The rooms are decorated grey with wall paper that is discolored and peeling in many general looks like it needs redecorating. Extremely noisy from the bars as in so loud we felt like it was in thr room. Music stops about 23:30 thr rooftop pool is very nice with a bar and place to eat.
