Privately set entire ground floor of a two floor house providing two bedrooms and living space in a comfortable and independent setup. The place has separate entrance for guests with free and exclusive access to swimming pool and big play area. Access to Netflix, Prime and other entertainments.

House is just 5 minutes’ walk to the nearest bus stop and 10 minutes to the local (Chapman) shops. Bigger shopping centre (Cooleman Court with 43 variety stores) is about 5 minutes’ drive and Westfield is about 10 minutes. Canberra city centre is about 15 minutes drive and Hospital about 10 minutes.

Near adjacent to the house is the popular Cooleman ridge natural trail for walking/cycling which forms part of the national bi-centennial trails.

Several other tourist attractions are within 10-15 minutes drive like National Zoo, National Arboretum centre, Mint factory, Parliament house, Lake Burley Griffin, etc

Ground floor stay in Chapman

The unit was spacious and well maintained. It had everything we needed with excellent heating for our rather cold stay. The bed was comfortable facilitating several good nights sleeps. We enjoyed our stay as it was close to family and gave us lots of opportunities to see them. We found unpacking the car was difficult as my husband has a disability and we had to carry the cases etc down a couple of small flights of steps. If we could have brought the car in to unpack and then park outside after unpacking, it would have been much easier.

Great accomodation in a comfortable and safe location.

This property was presented very well, clean and every requirement was thought of, even some delicious snacks for our early mornings. We had a wonderful time there and appreciate the good shower, washing machine and dishwasher. We plan to book this accommodation again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and neat. All the bedding, towels, tea towels, toiletries and washing detergents were good quality. The beds were super comfy. Kitchen pantry had lots of food for us to use, so we hardly had to do any shopping - tuna, beans, rice, pasta, soups, bread, butter, eggs, milk and yogurt to name just a few. The host family are so lovely and welcoming. We sincerely recommend the place!
