The Space:
A short entrance corridor brings you into a spacious open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with ducted air-con throughout and floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of Lake Burley Griffin/Molonglo River. The living/dining area is carpeted and has a large comfy sofa, 2 swivel chairs, a Samsung smart TV, stylish occasional furniture and a dining table for 6 people. Window blinds allow you to control the light flow and ensure privacy. A door leads out from the living space to a good-sized balcony with 2 chairs, a table and those stunning views of the lake and foreshore. Back inside the apartment, the kitchen area has tiled flooring and comes equipped with a Smeg 4-burner gas cooktop and under-bench oven, a Smeg dishwasher, a good-sized LG fridge/freezer, Panasonic microwave and coffee maker.
The apartment has 2 available bedrooms, both carpeted with queen-sized beds, ducted aircon and block-out blinds. The master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe/dressing area and ensuite bathroom with a shower. A second bedroom comes with build-in wardrobes and a door leading out to a smaller balcony. Location was everything, walking distance to major attractions including Galleries, Parliament, Library, High Court, The Carillon and the Lake. A vast variety of eateries on your doorstep including a small convenience store. Superbarn only 10 minutes walk away.The views were to die for, we had gorgeous sunsets and sunrises over the distant mountains.The apartment was light and bright and included everything we required for a 7 night stay. Mattresses were so comfortable with plenty of linen. Nespresso machine included was a plus.Overall cleanliness inside the apartments very good. Would highly recommend this apartment if a central location was important. Basement car parking ensured secure car parking.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Many choices for eating just downstairs along the foreshore. Not far from Kingston shops and a short drive to NGA, Library etc. Nikki, our concierge was excellent and made everthing run smoothly.

The apartment is very comfortable and so well appointed. The secure parking is easily accessed with a lift right up to the flat's floor.
Plenty of local entertainment and great food nearby.
Easily reach the gallery and sites.
Clean and well stocked cupboards and very comfy bed.
