This time we had an east facing Mountain View. It was wonderful to have the early morning sun through the large windows in a very comfortable spacious suite. It was quiet even though the hotel was very busy with a wedding.

I loved my stay at The Rex Hotel. The room was very nice and clean. I tried, and really enjoyed, the room service. The rood top bar is super pleasant. I also liked that there was a gym and a decent size swimming pool, yes they are not in the same building but it's super close and it didn't bother me.

Amazing stay in Canberra for 1 night with the family. The hotel staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfy, great bathroom facilitites. The rooftop bar is a must visit if you stay here!

We stayed in a sauna room which has a sauna off the shower which was something different to use. The room was very large and comfortable. It is an easy walking distance to Lonsdale street which has many restaurants. There is a lovely rooftop restaurant at the hotel and easy car parking facilities. The premises were clean and staff friendly.

No where to park securely. Paid for three rooms and was told find your own parking somewhere. Terrible service as far as parking goes. Rang room service as we needed a wine glass in the room. Was told yes we have one, come down to reception and pick it up. Huh! I thought it said room service. Lady at the front counter was lovely Chimi or similar, but her male counterpart was rather rude. Rooms were nice but unless they do something about the parking I'll go somewhere else. Also old mate at the front corner with the fashionable eyebrows needs and attitude adjustment.

Pool is a heated lap pool next door.Reception staff very nice and helpful only thing I didn’t like was musty smell in room.Rooftop bar is good to go up to when it’s daylight and menu is limited for food.
