My retired friend and I stayed for 8 nights principaly to see Floriade; and Tulip Top Garden (Sutton NSW). William was an excellent host from time of booking, arrival, duration of our stay until departure. The flowers, wine, chocolates, milk, eggs and breakfast provisions were very welcoming. Accommodation was very clean, well prepared with plenty of all non food items that you would need. Is in a most excellent location with ease of taxi, bus and Uber. Canberra Civic and Canberra Centre are within walking distance with plenty of shops and a cinema. We did not need a car. We would most certainly stay again and recommend to our family and friends.

We visited Canberra with my MIL and our three children, and the house was perfect for all of us. It was so close to everything, well-presented and had everything we needed. We particularly appreciated that the owner also included food basics - cereal, milk, bread, butter, condiments and lots of coffee pods. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was extremely comfortable and well-equipped. Great location - 10 min walk to Canberra Civic and very central for driving to other places. The ducted air conditioning was really efficient and easy to operate. Our group was really pleased with the comfortable setup of the property - single story, well laid out, with a kitchen large and well stocked enough to cook for 5. It was lovely to arrive to milk and breakfast supplies to help with day 1! The air conditioning was very helpful on the very hot days. The location was very convenient for shops and restaurants - reasonable walking distance. The host was incredibly helpful and prompt in their communications and the check in and check out process was straightforward and low stress.
