The host was very helpful whenever we had questions. The home was beautiful! And, the big tub in the master bathroom is a stressed out mom's DREAM! We had days and nights filled with indoor and outdoor fires, smores & hot chocolates. And, the soft snow that fell on Thanksgiving evening was like a Holiday Hallmark movie. It was so special to arrive with no snow and enjoy our holiday there and see the Christmas Holiday arrive the way it did. Hoping to return in the future (when my 3 kids under 5 are a little older and we can enjoy the trip to the fullest!)

We had wonderful weekend! The house was clean and cozy. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed for preparing all our meals. The rain kept us inside, but we enjoyed playing games, watching movies, and laughing a lot. Thanks for sharing your little piece of paradise!

The property is large and absolutely beautiful. The cabin is awesome! Fully equipped and extremely clean. Keurig coffee with hot chocolate/ coffee bar. Great fireplace!I could sit on the back deck for hours!!We even saw a large bald eagle.Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!!

Cute, clean and comfortable

Great communication from the owner and there was a nice little bin of snacks with the coffee and hot chocolate which was a really nice touch. Overall this house was perfect for our girls weekend to do some hiking at Letchworth State Park and spend a day at some breweries and a winery.

Clean, Peaceful Getaway with Nature

We absolutely LOVED our stay and can't wait to plan another trip here! The house was cozy, very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pond and nature trails on-site offered views and exploration. We saw many birds and different animals without leaving. The closet nature trails (Rattlesnake Hill Wildlife and Stoneybrooke State Park) were fun for our whole family. The host was quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had.

Remote and Beautiful

It's a BIG property, with a pond, trails, woods and LOTS of variety of birds. If you are a birder, stay here! Also, it's about 30 minutes to Letchworth S.P. Don't miss that. We ate in and grilled each night.

Family getaway

Our stay was amazing. I enjoyed waking up wvery morning and seein gdeer in the fron yard. I got to see a fox the last night atayed. My family all hhad a wonderful time . I hope to cone bqck in the spring. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Great Get-away Cabin

Just as pictured; cozy on cool drizzly days with a fire in the fireplace. Plenty of dry wood to burn. Fall foliage was beautiful even in the mist; sun did shine intermittently. Enjoyed Genesee State Park and lunch in the Glen Iris Inn. Highly recommend if you don’t need lots of activity.

Loved the property and area

My wife and I spent 4 wonderful days. The house was very clean and spacious. We loved the grounds and hiked 2 days at nearby state parks. The house had everything we needed including firewood for our nightly campfire and star gazing. Sheila was very responsive and provided us with all the info we needed prior to our arrival.

Awesome house and location

We loved our stay at Deer Creek Acres. The house was immaculate. Very clean, cozy, and secluded. The kitchen was well equipped. It had everything we needed. In addition to Letchworth State Park, we also highly recommend visiting Stoneybrook State Park. The sights are spectacular. Deer Creek Acres is truly a gem. We liked it so much, we asked the host if we could stay an additional night and she graciously obliged. One small thing - the water is hard with lots of iron and a slight sulphur smell. We opted to bring our own water. That said, it would not preclude us from staying here again. We loved it!

Great Communication + Responsive Host = Wonderful Stay!

Delightful rural setting that is close to a ton of activities. We were there for a wedding at Letchworth State Park, and the experience was wonderful. Our VERY late arrival and our inability to unlock the door meant we had to contact the owner. They are super responsive and wonderful to work with. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Beautiful retreat

Nice and cozy cabin surrounded by nature. The cabin had a good layout and was stocked with all the essentials. Would definitely stay again!
