Sou hóspede do hotel desde sua inauguração, ou seja, há muitos anos, inclusive conheco os membros da equipe por seus nomes, os atuais e os que já saíram. Minha esposa e eu sempre fomos muito bem tratados, mas atualmente estamos bastante decepcionados com a cobrança diaria do estacionamento, que nunca havia sido cobrado. Nossa relação de confiança com o hotel está prejudicada.

As instalações são excelentes .o que foi lamentavél foi o serviço prestado pelo setor do restaurante. Solicitei pessoalmente um sanduiche quente de presunto e queijo e uma porçao de batata frita , foi informado que iria demorar 20 minutos , uma hora depois liguei para o resaturante e atendente me perguntou se não tinha sido entregue , a minha resposta foi não. A seguir , trouxeram o meu pedido no quarto , evidente que estava frio e não tiveram a delicadeza de trazer talheres com a alegação de "alguns hospedes preferem comer sem usar talheres". Imediatamente devovi o meu pedido. Como se isso não fosse suficiente, no café da manhã, no dia seguinte, a porção de ono mexido que me servi , provavelmente, por ser a ultima que restava no recipiente estava fria , reclemei como o garçom , que manifestando a sua surpresa se prontificou para esquentar o ovo mexido. Evidentemente , que a reposição dos ovos mexidos demorou mais de 15 minutos, pois, o garçon tinha" esquecido' de avisar ao cozinheiro
