Belle découverte, idéale pour des vacances entre amis
Belle propriété de 200m, spacieuse et agréable, bien située (proche plage et commerces) et surtout équipée de la clim, point non négligeable lors de très fortes chaleurs.
Une douche est présente derrière la maison, c'est très sympa !
Points à améliorer : équipements électroménagers désuets (lave vaisselle qui nettoie mal et machine à café très lente) absence d'aspirateur et de bouilloire.
La maison est située dans un coin très typique de Majorque (touristes un peu moins présents) ce qui est assez plaisant.
A proximité également de l'aéroport et de Palma. Merci pour ce séjour !

Ein Haus zum verlieben!
Für unseren kleinen Hund (Bolonka) ein Träumchen. Sie konnte sich dort frei bewegen und genoss es sehr. Das ganze Ambiente im Garten und im Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen!

Das Haus auf dem ersten Blick ist ganz ok.
Das konnten wir uns genau anschauen weil wir erstmal 1 Stunde auf den Besitzer warten mussten der sich nach unserer Ankunft nicht gemeldet hat und wir schon fast am verzweifeln waren. Nach dem er endlich da war mit ausreden von wegen er hat mich paar mal angerufen 🤣LÜGE...!
Das Haus innen ist sehr altmodisch. Also mehr was für alte Leute. Was ganz cool war auf den ersten Blick die Tischtennis Platte. Leider nur FAKE die Platte war total kaputt und die Schläger ebenfalls total vertanzt. Fehrnseher gingen garnicht. Klimaanlage sehr schlecht. Und es hieß 3 min bis zum Sandstrand. War eine Lüge Mann muss 30 min laufen bis zum Sandstrand. 3 min laufen tut Mann bis zu den Felsen 😅.
Ja zum Glück hatten wir ein Auto und sind immer an anderen Orten gewesen.
Heute bekomme ich eine Mail das das wir die Wasser Hähne abgeschraubt hätten 🤣🤣🤣 und das das Haus nicht sauber war und das Türen für Einbrecher extra offen gelassen worden sind und ich jetzt 250€ von meiner Kreditkarte bezahlen soll! Natürlich haben wir nicht das ganze Haus geputzt und gewischt weil wir extra für die Reinigung 135€ zahlen mussten in bar vor Ort ! Und Touristen Steuer haben sie einfach 60€ Genommen obwohl es 57€ eigentlich richtig wären.
Also wir haben nichts kaputt gemacht oder demontiert und haben das Haus in einem normalen Zustand hinterlassen.
Aber anscheinend sind diese Leute so armselig und müssen Touristen über den Tisch ziehen wortwörtlich und im Nachhinein gelogene Schäden unterbreiten für extra Geld!
Sehr sehr armselig... also ich kann nicht empfehlen das Haus zu mieten preis-Leistung = zu teuer für das Haus mit der Lage + Mann wir versucht im Nachhinein noch verarscht zu werden !
Ahja nachts lauern dort extrem viele Katzen im Garten / Vorhof, die kommen sogar ins Haus wenn Mann noch draußen ist und noch den Abend genießen möchte, die gehen einfach ins Haus rein. Mann muss sie verjagen.
FINGER WEG von den Betrügern. Ich glaube sogar das das Haus garnicht einmal denen selber gehört so wie es ausschaut.. gaaaanz komisch. Hab erstmal meine Kreditkarte gesperrt vor den Betrügern 😅

La casa è molto bella e accessoriata con tutto il necessario (addirittura fornita con un po' di attrezzatura da spiaggia).
La proprietaria molto gentile e la comunicazione ottima.
La zona: vicinissima a tutto (bar ristorante farmacia market ecc). A parte es trenc, a circa 1 km dalla casa, ci sono molte altre spiagge stupende a poca distanza di auto. Noi siamo stati benissimo. Super consigliato
