I would give the stuff and service 5 stars but there’s a recepcionista made me very uncomfortable … Eu Daria 5 estrelas para os funcionários e serviços mas por causa de uma recepcionista me deixou muito desconfortável eu deixei 4 estrelas. Very clean, quiet, has AC , front desk super nice, and it is in the city mall- you park inside the mall parking and they validate your park- parking is free and safe. They also have a great breakfast . Just off the freeway - via dutra- very convenient - new hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The mattress wasn’t the greatest, and not having hand towels available is a real pain. We won’t be staying in Ibis again because of the towels and having to pay extra for breakfast and parking.

Great Overnight Stay

The rooms are clean, basic, and have everything one needs for an overnight stay. The breakfast has plenty of fresh, delicious items. The mall next door has food, shopping, and even a movie theater.
