Nice one bedroom apartment located in the center of Marina di Campo, a well-known tourist resort on the south coast of the island. The large sandy beach is about 100 meters away and can be reached on foot in two minutes. Ideal for those who want to spend a holiday without using the car. The beach is ideal for children with a gently sloping seabed. There are some bathing establishments. Within walking distance, the pretty center offers all essential services such as restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars, etc.
Ground floor apartment, consisting of living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed (twin beds), double bedroom and single bed, bathroom with shower. It has TV, air conditioning, outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, reserved parking space about 300 meters away. The apartment is within the limited traffic area which can be accessed only on the day of arrival and departure. Pets allowed (small size with supplement). Bed linen and towels not included.
