La camera si presenta come in foto, spazi ridotti e poco accessoriata, andrebbe sistemata un attimo per renderla più funzionale e confortevole, ma la struttura con piscina molto apprezzata. La posizione non è vicina a servizi e spiagge, ma comunque molto bella poiché panoramica e, a noi andava bene perché in 10 minuti di moto si arriva a Procchio o Marina di Campo che ha un bel centro e bellissime spiagge. Soggiorno piacevole, isola stupenda tutta da scoprire.

Elba mare passeggiate e piscina

Ottima collocazione per godersi l isola in relax, punto strategico per raggiungere ogni posto dell isola e piscina meravigliosa per godersi i giorni in cui non si ha voglia di guidare e non si vuol vivere il caos della spiaggia. Ho soggiornato in un monolocale accessoriato per 2 settimane. Bagno grande e funzionale. Cucina dotata di tutti i confort e stoviglie. Unica cosa mancante una moka (consiglio per chi pensa di trovarla). Tutte le casette dotate di terrazza o fuori per poter mangiare all aperto. Barbecue e lavatrice in comune. Piscina pulizia impeccabile. Ottimo posto anche per fare delle camminate continuando la strada in salita godendosi fresco e panorama.

Je n'ai malheureusement pu profiter du logement que deux nuits car j'ai du rentrer en France pour raisons familiales ! L'hébergement est propre , conforme à la description , peut être qu'il manquerait juste un four micro-ondes dans la cuisine ! L'hôte a eu la gentillesse de me rembourser les nuits perdues suite à mon départ précipité !

Da evitare!

Monolocale molto piccolo e costoso …sporco con diverse cose non funzionanti porta fornello televisione, Wi-Fi , proprietario totalmente assente …c’è venuta ad accogliere in modo arrogante la signora delle pulizie facendo finta che tutto andasse bene ,il bagno faceva puzza di pipì la candeggina non L ha mai vista ,per non parlare di tutti i capelli e peli trovati sia dentro la doccia che nel pavimento,non ha chiesto nemmeno scusa che il monolocale non era pulito di tutto quello che ho scritto ho le foto …inoltre in periodo COVID mi sembra ancora più grave L assenza di igiene …infine per arrivare c’è una lunga stradina dissestata piena di buchi e dossi…se potete spendete un po’ di più ma almeno venite accolti civilmente e in un luogo pulito …

Tranquillo soggiorno in residence

Il monolocale è situato in un bel residence in collina, immerso nel verde tra Procchio e Marina di Campo con una bella vista sul mare. Punto di partenza ideale per visitare l'isola. Bella e pulita la piscina attrezzata con sdraio e comodo parcheggio privato di fianco all'appartamento. Il monolocale è piuttosto piccolo e quando il letto è aperto è difficile muoversi ma usandolo come punto di appoggio per visitare l'isola non è stato un grosso problema. L'appartamento è pulito e attrezzato con tutto il necessario e rimane anche fresco nonostante il gran caldo. Bello il patio dove abbiamo consumato i nostri pasti. Il check-in e checkout vengono effettuati in un agenzia di Marina di campo. Consigliato per qualche giorno di vacanza alla scoperta dell'isola.

Ci tornerei sicuramente

Residence curato e molto ben tenuto, situato in una location tranquilla a soli 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di Marina di Campo e dal mare; panorama spettacolare. Il monolocale in cui ero è perfetto per una persona, ma temo che per due sia un po' troppo piccolo. Non essendoci climatizzatore, nei giorni e notti di gran caldo almeno un ventilatore a soffitto sarebbe sicuramente utile. Lo consiglio volentieri a chi desidera una vacanza tranquilla e semplice.
