Enter the property through a large wrought iron gated entrance and small tree on each side of the road with the nature beauty will welcomes you. You will absolutely fall in love with the setting of this 2436 sqft 3br/2ba Spanish ranch style home with Saltillo tiles in the front courtyard, kitchen & dining areas with2 separate living areas Updated island kitchen with stone countertops, oversized custom sink, top of the line KitchenAid & whirlpool appliances that are just a couple years old. Property has dual central heating & air conditioning systems +2 wood burning stoves, one in the living room & one in the family room; house also has a whole house fan and ceiling fans. All 3 bedrooms are large & oversized. Primary has a separate soaking tub & shower area, & large walk in closet. Several peek views of Lake Morena & expansive views in all directions, Large front & rear covered patios areas are great for outdoor entertaining. There is a fruit tree orchard with several varieties, gated & fenced raised planter garden area, & a great chicken coop. There are more then 20 cars Parking on the premises. you can also Park your RV during the stay here, for the RV or larger vehicles please contact us to open the back gate. If you charge the RV it will be additional cost for electricity consuming. The 80-acre property is 90% fenced we will guide you about the private walking trails. The location will receive 2 or 3 seasonal snows a year & you are 55 minutes from downtown San Diego and the beaches.
