Can't get any closer to the water!

Very friendly & efficient staff. Great location and views, and a reasonable rate. Bed & pillows were super comfy, and the room was very clean. Great breakfast included, with an amazing view. Wished we would have had more time to explore, use the pool and gym.

The view is spectacular. Saw whales, and seals. The room was clean and linens were great. Wallpaper is starting to peel in some spots but its only cosmetic. My only real issue is that if you are on floor 6 or 7 it is not accessible for people who struggle with multiple floors of stairs. The elevator only goes to the 4th floor and the lobby is the 5th. Above that it is tough to do the climb. But otherwise super happy with our stay and we will be back!

Lovely view of the ocean. The hallways and our room smelled musty. The only chair in the rokm was a dssk type chair. We had to bring a kawn chair in from the balconey to see on in the room. Their was no fan in the bathroom so hard to keep odors contained in the batthroom.

The property was pet friendly which I noticed a lot of dogs on this stay. I did hear them outside the balcony a lot on my stay this time. Staff was great and my room was clean however I did notice a plastic ring from a bottle cap on carpet wasn’t cleaned up from a prior visit other than that it was ok. The balconies could be cleaned as well there was an insane amount of webs and debris on mine. I did go out there to sit but was aware of all this.

When i checked into my room there was someone else’s dirty bathing suit in the bathtub, which makes me think the bathroom wasn’t cleaned throughly. Then the next morning i was woken up by another’s guests dog barking and growling super loud and the owner either wasn’t in the room with the dog or just didn’t care that their dog was being loud.

The whole place was just damp. The rooms had been redone, but they desperately need dehumidifiers. The hallways smelled and looked really rough. I could hear the people in the room beside us using the washroom. The breakfast was seriously underwhelming.

The property does not have an elevator that goes to the top floors - you have to walk up the stairs from the entrance. The pool entrance was awkward and the hot tub was out of service. We ended up leaving the pool area. When we arrived the upgraded us to the honeymoon suite, which while thoughtful, was awkward. The room was a mixture of soo many different styles, sinking floor and buckling bed it was uncomfortable to be in. We ended up leave as early as possible to get out of the hotel.

This property was not as advertised. Firstly lift was broken, told not to leave suitcases in car. Asked for assistance to get cases to second level and finally after few phone calls maintenance came( he was fabulous). Didn’t return my id when checking in, went back to get it, young girl behind counter was too interested in playing on phone. I went back to car, checked again, went back inside, still on phone, I asked her to have a better look. Still said not there, I moved a piece of paper on desk and there it was. Shrug of the shoulders is all I got from her. When showering noticed The grout in the bathroom was mouldy. Totally disgusted with whole experience, will never go back and would never recommend, in fact would tell people to avoid. I did tell them on checking out all the above
