Our room had a terrible mildew odor, towels were covered in hair, shower head was clogged drain was backed up, there was NO hot water and the HVAC system did not work. There was a large group of unsupervised teens that were running down the halls and screaming in the adjacent rooms till well after midnight and the hotel staff was reluctant to address anything. Ice machine on the 3rd floor was filthy and the entire hotel is in need of major service of their facilities including elevators.

I made reservations for a king bed for wife and I. When we checked in they said they only had a room with two queen beds.was not happy with that. The worst part was that the receptionist said that the key machine was broken and couldn’t issue me a key. So every time we needed to get into our room we had to ask receptionist to open our room. At times no one was at front desk. So we had to wait till someone showed up
