Great location for our month long stay

The property was perfect for our family of 5 for a month-long stay. The location was great for us — walkable and bikeable to the central city, and close to a bus stop for longer trips. The property was clean and consistent with the online booking. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The kitchen included all the things we needed to prepare many meals, and we made use of the laundry facilities. Overall, this was a great home base for many memories made in Cambridge.

Great house in a quiet and accessible location

The house was very clean and comfortable. Having a parking space and still being able to walk into the centre of Cambridge was a real bonus. I would stay at this property again.

Great accommodation and peaceful area

My daughter and I stayed here for four days. We loved the house and the area. Easy walk across the river to town, convenient bus service when we didn’t want to walk, and plenty of room to relax after our busy days. We would definitely stay again.

Very cosy and comfortable accommodation, perfect hosts

It was a wonderful time we had in this little cosy house. Everything went smoothly: communication beforehand, check in, our actual stay and check out. The host is very welcoming and quick to respond. Everything was perfect. We would come again for sure!The only thing to improve is the sleeping situation in the main bedroom: it is a king size bed with one mattress (a quite "bumpy" one) and one cover. It might be a cultural thing, but we find that the sleep on two separate mattresses and two covers is much more comfortable as the one does not influence the other's sleep when rolling over during the night. Also the bumpy mattress transmits any movement to the other. - We were three persons hence we could distribute ourselves so that everyone had its mattress and thus deep sleep.

Lovely clean house, great communication, and location!

This was a great property - really clean, great location, comfortable beds and clean towels etc. The property was a little "sparse" for my taste - not too homey feeling, but it was so clean and had everything that was needed. i would certainly stay again. The communication with the team House Luchini was fantastic - they were proactive and always answered any communication in a very short time. I was really impressed.

Comfortable stay in Cambridge

We had a very comfortable and quiet stay in this house in Cambridge. The host provided very clear and organized information that made the whole process easy. The house was close to the River Cam and many restaurants.

Lovely family home

Had a great long weekend. Bedrooms are good size, kitchen worked well. Good location for walks alongside river into town. NB Car parking permit worked well but have to unload car first and then park car 5 minutes away. Would stay again.

Excellent Stay

Property was very clean and as advertised. Nice and bright house in very nice neighborhood. Comfortable beds, a really nice living/sitting/dinning room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. A perfect place for a family. We stayed with our 9mo old and the property provided a portable crib and a high chair which were appreciated. Really good communication with owner/manager. This property is about a 20 min walk to central Cambridge. It is a very scenic walk. There are also a few pubs and shops in the more immediate neighborhood.
