So quiet, surrounded by trees and wildlife and extremely close to town and the shore. Makes for a perfect getaway!

The place has all the accommodations you could need and is full of charm. We cooked delicious dinners and made the most of the warm, inviting space. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to spend a rainy, cold weekend!

CVR really does go above and beyond to accommodate their guests and this property like others I’ve stayed at with CVR was immaculate, comfortable and welcoming. Customer service is amazing. The area quiet and peaceful. Huge lot to see turkeys and deer all day. Easy parking. Master bed is so comfy!

The house could use some updating and TLC but is still overall a nice place. Short drive to the Ranch Preserve trails, the beach and downtown. We enjoyed the wildlife and the quietness while staying here.

Break in the weather had us walking the beach and hiking Fiscalini ranch.Christmas Eve dinner in town. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our boys and I love staying at 2620 Merlyn. Very clean, kitchen works great, which is important when you have 3 boys, in a quiet area, and location is just right. Not on the beach, which is too expensive, but close enough that beach, woods and town is nearby. We have stayed here several times before and already have plans to stay here again. :)
