Adjoining the owners' residence, this spacious ground-floor apartment features a living area, a dining area with a table and chairs, a sofa (not a sofa bed), a TV, one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and storage, a shower room adjoining the kitchen, a separate toilet, a private garden accessible via the shared courtyard, Wi-Fi, no pets allowed, smoking outside only, a parking space in the shared courtyard, and a courtyard enclosed by an electric gate.

There is no charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles. Do not plug anything into the apartment. Bed linen and towels are not included (please request them when booking).
