On the upper floor of a detached house, fully renovated in 2024 (paved access ramp). Large living room with lounge area and equipped kitchen area - 2 sofas (not sofa beds) - TV - 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190 cm) and wardrobes - Shower room - Separate WC - Terrace - WIFI - Pets NOT allowed - Smoking outside only - Above-ground parking space under the carport.

No connection for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in inside the accommodation – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit will be cancelled or returned after receipt of the keys.

L’agence et le propriétaire très Accueillants. Très beau et agréable logement pour 4 personnes. Bien situé. Belles chambres et literies. Garage apprécié. Merci à l’agence de laver les housses des 2 canapés du salon, merci au propriétaire de réparer toutes les lattes de l’un d’entre eux , nous n’avons pas pu nous en servir, malgré notre signalement . Et prévoir un séchoir linge , ainsi que repose serviettes s d bain plus solides, et des casseroles neuves , sans Téflon qui se détache… Mais la note est encourageante, nous reviendrons , nous y avons passé 3 agréables semaines.
