The bar staff weren’t that helpful or knowledgeable how to make a cocktail. As it had a very limited cocktail selection.
We wanted a Stawberry daiquiri a pretty basic cocktail and they didn’t want to go that extra mile by making one. The menu at the Linden restaurant was very basic and not a lot of choice. The portions were very small. My friend had a Chicken Tikka masala at £24, hardly any chicken at all! I had the slow cooked belly of pork at £23 which was only served with potato rosti/ cabbage and one black pudding truffle ball. No other vegetables which I felt it needed as all very beige looking. We also had the afternoon tea the scones were lovely however the sandwich’s weren’t the bread was hard as if it’s been left out too long or prepared the day before.
