Renovierungsbedürftiges Appartement, etwas überteuert

Das Appartement ist leider schon etwas älter und sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Die Fenster im Wohnzimmer und Kinderzimmer ließen sich nicht mehr richtig schließen und das Badezimmer sollte wirklich renoviert werden (schimmeliger Duschvorhang,Toilette sehr verkalkt, Fugen verschimmelt, Ameisen im Badezimmer etc). Die Küche war aber top ausgestattet und auch die Waschmaschine hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war sehr laut (bei jeder Bewegung geknackst). Die Wohnung ist generell sehr hellhörig ( unser Hund war sehr gestresst von den vielen teils lauten Geräuschen mitten in der Nacht). Der Balkon war leider sehr klein. Die Lage des Appartements ist perfekt, keine 100m vom Strand , direkt gegenüber ist eine super Bar zum Frühstücken etc. Der Vermieter "Angelo" ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Renoviert und modernisiert hat die Wohnung auf jeden Fall viel Potenzial.
