Hotellet er slidt, og fremstår ikke så pænt som på billeder, der var vandskader på væggene ved vinduer og blandingsbatteriet i bruseren hang ud af væggen. Derudover virkede den meget gammeldags air con ikke halvdelen af tiden. Generelt ikke særlig velholdt hotel. Poolen var snavset og ikke åben særlig længe i løbet af dagen. Kvaliteten af hotellet er ikke 4 stjernet. Personalet var venlige, restauranten var okay til morgenmaden, bortset fra at der var hår i maden. Aftensmad anbefales ikke på hotellet, det var virkelig dårligt og vi fik begge mavesmerter. Byen ved hotellet er til gengæld super hyggelig, men der er langt derhen, og det kræver bil.

Very outdated And not maintained hotel, broken Facility in bathroom, hard pillows, dirty carpets, broken walls, And the Receptionist can not speak English at All. She tried to charge us for breakfast which we have paid via App. When we refused to pay And insisted to Make a claim Then she told that it was a mistake with there is a customer with the same name like me. The breakfast was a total chaos, the only positive thing was our view from the room.

Zimmer hatte Ameisen,Schimmel an der Decke im Zimmer, Tische im Restaurant sehr dreckig, Service-Personal im Restaurant sehr unsympatisch. Abfall wurde nicht Täglich entsorgt. Boden im Ganzen Hotel aus Teppich, der schon sehr sehr alt und ungepflegt aussieht... Mussten aus diesen Gründen Hotel früher verlassen.

Das Hotel hat seinen Zenit deutlich überschritten. Ausstattung abgehalftert. Wahrscheinlich immernoch eines der besten Hotels in Caltagirone. Frühstück war sehr gut!
