You'll be asked to pay these charges at the property:

• Cash Cleaning deposit: COP 100000 per stay
• Cleaning fee: COP 100000 per accommodation, per stay (varies based on length of stay)
• You may be required to pay the following charge at the property: Colombia Value-Added Tax (VAT) at 19%. A VAT exemption is available to travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa showing they are not a resident of Colombia and who pay using a foreign card or via a bank transfer from outside Colombia. This exemption applies only to tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel services).
