We really enjoyed the location of this establishment ave the amenities. Staff were great from check in to check out. The breakfast buffet was top tier with so many choices to satisfy any palate. Proximity to the stampede grounds is ideal. We will definitely be back.

The hotel has a great downtown location. The room was great the hallways and shared areas are ready for an upgrade. If I needed to be downtown I would stay here again. The location was easy to get into and out of downtown.

Great beds!

Great hotel, very clean inside, excellent staff, great proximity to downtown and events. Some issues with Calgarys drug and housing crisis are noticeable in the area. The hotel does their best to deal with it but the city could do more to help.

First night room was pretty warm as ac wasn’t working. Second day the room was extremely hot and no ac as both units were only blowing hot. They told us to switch rooms and gave us a different room and we had to move everything which was a huge inconvenience!

Hmm. Nice hotel, great room design. The breakfast was incredibly processed, but I guess that’s how big corps roll. Otherwise, I did little more than sleep and watch tv - both were excellent. I’ve stayed here twice now and prolly will again for my next stay downtown Calgary. Fwiw
