Booking through Avion there is no listed pet policy, which makes it come up when you select “pets allowed”. We showed up 3 hours before our check in time to confirm that we selected a “pet room”, and were told they do not allow pets of any kind. I’m not arguing the pet policy, that’s completely their right. However when I called Avion to try to change the booking, they called the hotel to see if they would accept a change, and the hotel declined. So essentially, they took money for which they could not provide services, which is in plain terms: theft. If it were a fully book night, or we showed up late, I’d feel differently. So disappointed.
