We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s incredibly spacious and accommodating for family, functions, etc. During our trip there were hockey teams, Christmas parties and a large church group also staying at the hotel. I can attest that the rooms were very quiet despite all the people around. Our room appeared to be ‘accessible’ with a shower without a surround making it easy for someone with mobility issues to use. There was also a shower chair provided. The room itself appeared to be open enough for a wheel chair or walker user to comfortably use. I did feel that the doorway to the bathroom may be a bit small for some wheelchairs. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Room services was prompt and flexible with our requests. All staff we encountered were kind and helpful…what more could you ask for. We’d would definitely stay here again. The only feedback I would give the hotel would be to add more seasoning to their food options.
