Great resort but no English spoken

Hotel itself is outstanding, however hotel had cancelled my web booking. Swimming pools are the best ever, food is 5 star, location is a 20 minute walk to city no worries for me. Lots of tourist buses but only for Brizilian´s. Tourist bus company kept rejecting my efforts to buy tickets on their bus to HOT PARK which they were selling in foyer to all the locals. Registering can be difficult. Caldas Novas no one spoke Enlish but I survived. I even managed to find the local bus which took me 25km to HOT PARK very cheaply so I had a good 3 days holiday but it is difficult not speaking the language.

Horrível o hotel, pior experiência que tive desde que alugo apartamento pelo Hotels.com, demorou muito liberar o quarto o serviço de limpeza no check in , e vários hóspedes também estavam com mesmo problema, tv não funcionava, ar condicionado pingando muita água , limpeza horrível e atendimento horrível. Resumindo pior que este não existe

Colchão afundado e velho, chuveiro elétrico velho e pulverizado e espalhar a água. Cheiro de esgoto em banheiro. Temperatura da piscina não é quente comparando com outros hotéis. Ninguém merece o barulho com som altíssimo do clube do lado. Além de mal cantada e ficou até 1:00 da manhã! Não dormia nada!!

A estada foi abaixo das expectativas, no site hoteis.com informava estacionamento privativo, no entanto, ao chegar no hotel não havia disponibilidade e cpm muita insistência conseguomos uma vaga, mediante pagamento. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar , bem como muito barulho do pessoal da limpeza ao limpar os quartos superiores. Atendimento na recepcao nao disponibilizaram a pulsera de controle , contudo, ao finalizar a estada, exigiram. Portanto, pelos motivos expostos acima, ficamos insatisfeitos.
