The worst hotel room in Goa

I had to check out immediately after checking in. It was not as advertised. The room was dirty and no way to contact the owner except via mobile phone. It took us plenty of calls from our mobile phone over 10 minutes to get room keys as the room was already wide open and to get the mains switched on. No towels on repeated request and the washroom was a joke- no lights, no soap or hot water. Refrigerator and cupboard were unclean with some packages lying inside. It was so dusty that it made us sick. No sea view from the room. If you lean far out from the corridor, you’ll see some water. No connectivity for mobile or wifi within the room. We called and waited for someone to arrive, then spent a few minutes to look for another hotel online and then were forced to leave within the hour. Unfortunately, it was non refundable and we lost all our money. This is a shame and fraud and so, I would request Hotels and Expedia to delist this hotel. It gives Goa a bad name.
