Has to be one of my favorite stays ever, Staff (Asala and Mahmoud), the courtesy of every individual at the reception, the service and recommendations on things to do, the rooms, everything was top notch. Great quality of food at the Nauri restaurant as well, the recommendation (by Yahya) and even the drinks served were amazing. If there’s some hotel that I would come back in Cairo, it would be here!

Great property and amenities. We were on a lower level, we asked to be moved to a higher level due to noise pollution. It’s Cairo after all ; lots of car horns honking constantly. Other than that the staff service is top notch. We tried several restaurants at the hotel. Our least favorite was le petit chef. But that’s a personal choice. The projection on the table was cute. But the food was not up to par.

The room was good in terms of bed and furniture but the window didnt close properly and I couldn’t sleep from the noise on the street and had to use ear plugs. I mentioned it to the Managment and hope they will do something about it. Maybe booking a room overlooking the pool might be less noisy . However the window sealing and maintainace should improve. Staff are very friendly and nice.
