Me gustó la tranquilidad y las instalaciones. No me gustó la poca indicación ue tienen para indicar dónde se puede comer, cenar. Que me hayan adjudicado una habitación de no fumadores sin preguntar previamente.

De lo mejor de Giza, ya que no hay opciones buenas; buena comida, atención decente; en realidad se siente como un oasis dentro del caos de la ciudad

Hotel de medio pelo

Este hotel tiene 2 sectores 1 que no llega ni a una estrella y otro más o menos bueno,igual es caro para el Cairo que ahí es todo barato,de todas formas están lejos de ser un 5 estrellas como lo venden.

El hotel esta bien pero es como mucho un dos estrellas. Habitaciones amplias pero sin wifi y habia pelos en la cama. Para un hotel de paso esta bien, pero no tiene cerca nada

L'hôtel était globalement appréciable, avec un personnel très accueillant avecun très bon petit déjeuner et cadre agréable. Cependant, la chambre, bien que fonctionnelle, manquait de propreté. On aurait souhaité une attention plus minutieuse aux détails et moins de vétusté. Cela et le prix des boissons un peu excessif a légèrement entaché l'expérience générale, malgré les aspects positifs. Espérons que cela sera corrigé pour les futurs clients.

I state that I had to upgrade the room to go to the Steinberger Cairo Hotel to see the pyramids from the room paying a supplement of 200 dollars and they had assured me that I had breakfast, instead for both days I had to discuss the breakfast that they then granted me. After I had problems with the room that was without towels. Really bad service for a 5-star hotel paid a total of 292 euros for two nights. Also the breakfast is disappointing compared to our previous hotel Gewan always in Cairo

Definitely not 5 star

I will try and not become a Karen, but there are things that need to be said. This is definitely not a 5* hotel. It is attached to a 5*. I would say it is 3* quality with perhaps 4* amenities. The entrance hall is large and grand, but it does not make you feel welcome. The reception staff were somber and did not raise a smile throughout the check-in. The rooms are less hotel and more individual garden apartments. It is difficult to get your bearing at first. The rooms are very dated. Despite being non-smoking, the room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was offered another room that smelled much better. The second room was identical but the air-con was very noisy, the fridge didn’t work, the bath was filthy and damaged, the shower head was broken and the safe was broken, not joined to any surface and had clear signs of previously being broken into. I asked for a refund so I could leave, but was denied. The pool area is very nice and well kept. A lifeguard is normally on duty and also provides towels. Breakfast is $20 each. There is a souvenir shop with friendly staff. The hotel itself is on a main highway across from the Grand Museum. Overall it is nice enough as long as you are thinking 3*. To be honest, this was the second hotel of our trip to Egypt and the smaller Boutique hotels are much more welcoming. I would give this one a miss.

Khalid at the coffee bar was great! Only complaint is that it was hard to view the area around the hotel due to tour guides insisting you ride with them.
