Perfect Spot

What a beautiful Hotel... lovely size room, comfortable bed, and all spotlessly clean. Secure parking was nice, albeit €14 and a little tight to navigate, especially with a bike rack. If it had been any busier we probably wouldn't have got a space as its shared with the Ibis next door. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff didn't appear talkative or too happy - maybe they don't like late arrivals but hey. Overall a good stay, and the bonus was a late night drink on the quay opposite

The designer sink did not drain properly. My back hurt after sleeping on the bed. There was tea and coffee in the room but no milk, and had to wait a while at reception to get some as there was only one person on the desk.

We stayed the night before our early ferry back to the UK. The hotel was easy to find and we had good directions to the car park. The room was spacious and clean. It was a 5 min walk to some lovely restaurants.

Our second time here. We only stay as an evening stop before our early morning ferry back to the UK. Find it clean, friendly and great value for money for two rooms for a family.

Nice modern hotel right by the waterside and minutes walk into Caen centre and to the chateau. Would definitely use it again. Only negative was management allowing noisy work to be undertaken in the room above mine from 8am.
