Great Christmas Getsway

The property was perfect! It was decorated for Christmas beautifully! The owners left a complimentary bottle of wine and it was a special touch. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the Christmas quilts and linens. Would definitely recommend and love to stay there again!

Perfect home away from home

We loved the Fuzzy Squirrel! From the quiet location to the friendly conversations with the owner, and everything in between-our stay was perfect! The decor was cute, and everything was so clean. The furniture was comfy, and it just felt like home. We had everything we needed right there at the house, and the owner was so quick to reply to our messages any time we had a question. 10/10 would recommend, and would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and tasteful

Easy access to land between the lakes and Turkey Bay. Easy to find and surprisingly quiet even with other people in other units. Clean and well tempered with all the mini splits allows u to keep bedrooms cooler than the living space and quiet fans in every room. The property manager was great and easy to get ahold of and work with any needs, not that there were any but still they were responsive :). Over all great trip, we would book it again.

Old Friends

I have been trying to get my best friend's husband to come with her to Kentucky for years. I was hoping he would have a good time and want to come back with her again. The Fuzziesquirel did not disappoint!!!! SO clean and well stocked with the necessities. The little touches added meant so much. Great Host!! Close to all the LBL has to offer! We will book again!!!

Cadiz Fam Reunion

We loved the Fuzziesquirel. The decor was beautiful and the welcome message board was such a very nice touch. It was perfect for the 4 of us. We came down for my husband’s family reunion and the fuzziesquirel was perfectly located so we could go Cadiz Park and also go fishing at Lake Barkley Marina. We found the Oak Ridge Country Store (btw if you like peanut butter theirs is Soooo Good) thank you for all recommendations for local restaurants and we would definitely stay here again. 💜

Clean, comfortable, charming...loved it!

The Fuzziesquirrel is a delightful getaway, so clean you can feel it! It was perfect for my two grandsons, 11 and 10, and me. We highly recommend it, and the family that is there to take care of any needs. Boys loved the dog, Tucker! We would love to return! She even offered to send me one of the boys' jackets that we left in a bed. They go above and beyond. Thank you!

Cozy, quiet clean retreat

This is a wonderful home away from home. It’s very clean and comfortable. Two bedrooms is great for those who sleep later than others. The extra touches such as coffee, snacks, and welcome gifts were a welcome surprise and so nice. It has lots of parking for a boat trailer. It’s a nice retreat after a day at the lake.
