Great location on the beach!

Family of 5 had a great stay. Place was right on the beach which is a major plus. Spacious kitchen and patio. Nice bathrooms. Has all the cooking equipment you would need. A/c and WiFi work great. The Palms concierge is very responsive to what’s app texting and will set up all of your reservations and excursions. There’s a bar at the pool which serves good drinks.

Amazing location, condo, and staff

Our family's first visit to CR and Playa Flamingo did not disappoint. Our party was two adults and three teens. Condo is beautiful, well maintained, and staff make you feel like you are at a 5 star resort. Easy walk to several restaurants - Coco Loco was our favorite and Camparino pizza in town was $$ but great. Flamingo town is a short drive away and a 10 min walk away if you want more dinning/shopping options. Beach was clean with nice sand and solid waves for all to play in. Pools were popular and a great place to watch the sunset from the infinity edge. We hit the local store for some groceries and adult beverages. Prices are high but not crazy. We were not able to get cell service at the condo, but WiFi for condo worked great. If driving be advised some roads are rough and not paved. We used Waz and rented a nice SUV which made driving bearable. We did drive to Tamarindo for surf lessons and so glad we opted for the much less touristy Playa Flamingo area for our stay. The whole family loved our stay and I'm working to coordinate another visit with extended families.

Beautiful getaway!

We had the perfect getaway at the Palms. The property is incredible with everything that you need for a family with small children. The house was very well prepared for us and daily housekeeping was impeccable. We will definitely be back!

Family Trip

The villa and location were great. We had our two adult children with us and there was plenty of room. The concierge was really helpful with setting up activities for us locally and we had a few good restaurants within walking distance: Coco Loco and Surfbox were favorites.

Amazing Place to Visit...Again

Our family stayed at The Palms over Thanksgiving of 2022 for the 5th time and loved it as much as we did the first time. The facilities are amazing and the villa was perfect. The service at this place is unmatched and I would recommend anyone to rent here. The management crew makes it easy and Ben was super fast and smooth with communications. Highly recommend.

Excellent spot

The palms #31 check in was extremely easy . We arrived early but front office held our bags and we sat around pool . Cleaning service was great , went beyond keeping place clean . New towels for beach /pool side every day . It was great having the kitchen and out side deck. All the staff were perfecto! Especially answering all my texts ( gracias Nicole) Gracias to Anthony keeping up with libations. There are restaurants within walking distance from #31. The other restaurants are not that far in a cab. I would love to see a book with all the particulars ( Wi-Fi, restaurants/what they serve, what restaurants are within walking distance / cab , grocery store , etc ) This would help with scheduling activities/ meals . Overall, excellent experience and we will be back Mary Anne

STAY HERE!

Reserved the villa knowing nothing about Playa Flamingo and ended up having a lovely vacation with my family. The beachfront location is fabulous and the concierge service is outstanding. Dayana and her colleagues assisted us with all our needs including booking tours, stocking the Villa with groceries, and arranging transportation. We loved staying here!

Little piece of Paradise

This place is amazing. Our family enjoyed the property. It was extremely comfortable and we had everything we need. The beach is a little peace of Paradise. Having the bar and massage opportunity is a plus. Also the bee restaurant was very convenient. Personal was very attentive and friendly. They helped as with bookings, excursions and directions. We will return for sure.

Beach Paradise

Location is over the top fantastic if you just want to lay on the beach, hang out at a pool bar, or be in an infinity pool. I have been to many beaches in my life, this was one of the best. Management was very responsive and always available. Beach restaurant within walking distance. Property felt safe and secure with 24-hour security.

Fabulous family stay!

My husband and our three children (ages 12, 15 and 18) loved our stay at The Palms #31. The home was perfectly appointed and immaculately clean. We appreciated the comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, and usually had breakfast, lunch and late afternoon cocktails outside. (The afternoon sun was very intense on the patio and balcony). As wonderful as the home was, however, it was the beach, ocean and outdoor common areas that stole the show. We spent countless hours going from the lounge chairs, to the waves, to the pool, and back to the lounge chairs. We also took advantage of the sea kayaks, boogie boards and snorkeling gear available for guests. The Palms is located at the quiet, less busy end of Playa Flamingo, but is an easy beach walk to the town. There is also a tasty restaurant next door, Coco Loco, that delivers. Finally, props to the amazing staff at The Palms - they unobtrusively, kindly and promptly took care of our every need.
