The apartment that we were supposed to get wasn’t available due to electrical problems which we were informed of 30 minutes before we were about to move in and that prior to that nobody VRBO host. Nobody got in touch with us to tell us it won’t be available and so we were moved to one of their own And was smaller not in this nice area and in fairness, we had to have it because there was no other choices. To say, I am upset with being an understatement of the host has kindly given me a small rebate of 275 approximately which I think I could actually say is just a price difference on the condos between one and the other. This is my second experience in the last 18 months using VRBO and both have failed me with what was promised and with what I got, a local assistance was as helpful as she could be, but at the end of the day, totally disappointed by the fact, we didn’t get what we paid for and get no information about it being unavailable until we’re arriving at the gateso my experience with both VRBO and the host are less than Stella.
