Tudo perfeito! O imóvel é limpo, tudo novinho, organizado e com todos os utensílios de cozinha. A localização é ótima, pois dá para visitar outras praias como Búzios e Arraial do Cabo (fácil acesso). O apartamento do Sr. Carlos é excelente! A cozinha super equipada, os quartos muito confortáveis, banheiros ótimos, varanda muito gostosa, e o condomínio também tem área verde bem bonito, piscina boa! A estadia foi ótima, o Sr. Carlos nos ajudou, passou dicas de passeios e locais para jantar em Cabo Frio. Amamos nossa experiência na casa do Sr. Carlos. O imóvel impecavelmente limpo, com tudo novinho, muito bem cuidado e funcionando perfeitamente. Ótima pedida para quem gosta de casa estilo pousada pois lá é bem arborizado e silencioso (diferente dos apartamentos da região central). Adorei o imóvel, condiz com tudo que apresenta na proposta. A casa possui uma vista maravilhosa. Mobília toda nova e de boa qualidade com tudo funcionado em perfeito estado. Ao mesmo tempo que está fora do tumulto, está muito perto de praias maravilhosas como Peró, Conchas, do Forte e Ilha do Japonês. Casa limpa, clara, arejada e ar condicionado maravilhosos.
