This brand new build property is located in Byxelkrok, the very north tip of the fabulous island "Öland" Located just next to the harbor with its picturesque small sheds with local shopping. The apartment is located in the front, bottom of the building with possibilities to add several rooms with additional beds. Short walk to Byxelkrok beach, grocery store, restaurants, bars, gelateria, etc.
