This 3 bedroom, double-storey villa makes an excellent holiday choice. It features a single lock-up garage, private courtyard with outdoor shower, and a large upstairs deck with BBQ and outdoor table setting, allowing you to enjoy Byron's pleasant subtropical climate. The 3 bedrooms are located downstairs with the master Queen bedroom equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom with walk-in robe. The other 2 bedrooms have twin single beds. A second bathroom with bath and laundry is also located downstairs.
Upstairs you'll find a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area—a comfortable space to relax with a movie after a full day of activities. This area opens onto your north-facing deck which offers a sunlounger, BBQ and a large 8-seater outdoor table setting. All rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort.
