Hotel com boa estrutura!

Check in demorado. O quarto não estava pronto no horário marcado (15h). Fora isto correu tudo bem. Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, limpeza diária, café da manhã diversificado. Hotel com boa estrutura. Garagem coberta. Ótima localização. Perto da praia, bares, restaurantes farmácia e perto das Lojas Americanas que tem tudo que os turistas precisam (água mineral, sagadinhos e etc.

O quarto é confortável e o hotel tem uma ótima localização. O ponto negativo foi em relação ao serviço de limpeza do quarto,precisamos solicitar por 4 vezes para que a limpeza fosse realizada,não tinha cartão para informar na porta do quarto sobre a disponibilidade de limpeza,solicitei e fui informada que teria que pedir na recepção e assim fiz por 2 dias seguidos(pedi por várias vezes) e somente no 3° dia a limpeza foi realizada,pegamos toalhas e papel higiênico na recepção, infelizmente deixou a desejar nesse ponto, o que acho essencial quando escolhemos um hotel para hospedar.

Decepção de Hotel e cidade

Check in era para ser as 15h e só aconteceu as 19h. O quarto foi entregue as 16 h sujo, cama desarrumada e com sacos de lixo. Retornamos às 17 h e não tinha quarto pronto. reclamamos com gerente que só liberou o quarto às 19h. Inconcebível. Atendendes sem iniciativa e não fazem nada sem o gerente.O quarto tinha cheiro ruim e, ao abrir a janela, dava para rampa da garagem e tinha caixas de feira (tipo) e lixo, bem próximo da janela. Fomos obrigado a fechar. No dia seguinte, fomos à piscina. Decepção. Água turva, não dava para entrar. Reclamamos, mas não voltamos mais à piscina. O café, ficamos sabendo que parte era sobra do café colonial da noite do dia anterior. Ai não comemos o que era servido lá, pois poderia ser sobra mesmo. Na verdade, o sentimento foi que estávamos sendo lesados. Trocaram a gente de quarto no último dia, mas o estrago já havia sido consumado. A propósito, Cabo Frio tá um lixo só pelas ruas, entre outras coisas. Decadente, infelizmente. Impossível voltar ao lugar e ao Hotel. Tradição de 30 (Trinta) anos que vamos quebrar a partir de então.

Atraso na limpeza do quarto

O hotel é bem localizado. Perto da praia. Café da manhã muito bom. Porém não tivemos uma boa experiência com a limpeza do quarto. TODOS os dias que chegamos da praia, que foi após as 16:00, nosso apto ainda não tinha sido limpo. Tinha que avisar na recepção toda vez. Tivemos que ir pra área da piscina pra aguardar ou então ficar no Hall do hotel aguardando. Teve um dos dias que já era quase 19:00 e ainda noa tinham limpado o quarto. Pra mim que tenho criança pequena é muito complicado. Pois nós pais e a criança queremos chegar no quarto, tomar um banho e descansar pra poder sair a noite. Inclusive no dia do checkout demos esse feedback pra recepcionista. Espero que melhore.

Instaçoes boas porem não satisfatório.

No geral, não ficamos satisfeitos, não voltaríamos, as instalações sao boas porém o atendimento no geral deixa a desejar. Sem contar o estacionamento que oferecem como gratuito mas carro grande não entra, e a cidade lotada não tem onde estacionar. Infelizmente não recomendo nessa época de final de ano.
