Located in a small alley in the city centre, this 25m2 quiet and tastefully decorated one-bedroom apartment on the raised ground floor will seduce you!
This flat has been completely renovated. Functional, it has all the necessary comfort to satisfy you. Ideal for a stay as a couple, with friends or for professionals passing through this beautiful village, in the heart of the wine route.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Pets are welcome.
High speed wifi internet access.
Living room:
The living room has a sofa bed (190 x 130 cm), a connected flat screen TV and two coffee tables. The dining table, with two stools (and two folding stools if required), can also be used as a desk. For the more music-loving traveller, a Bluetooth speaker is available.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle (tea and coffee available), cereal dispenser (cereals available), top fridge.
We also provide you with the necessities for your arrival (salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic vinegar) and leave it up to you to complete according to your needs during your stay.
Bathroom :
The bathroom has a large shower, a vanity unit with mirror, a towel warmer and a toilet (a roll of toilet paper is available). A top 5kg washing machine and washing powder are available. You will also find a hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel.
Bedroom:
The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) with duvet and a chest of drawers.
An ironing board, an iron and a small Tancarville are at your disposal.
Cellar:
On request when booking, bicycles can be parked in the cellar (secure room). Access is via a key box.
Neighborhood :
Local shops and supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away on foot.
You can park in the free car park of the town hall, less than 2 minutes walk from the accommodation, or in the free car park of the village hall, 3 minutes walk away.
A bicycle rack is available at the town hall.
A bike rack is available in the town hall car park. We have also installed a bike rack in the cellar (secure room, access via a key box).
Charging points for electric cars are available in the car park of the Bi1 supermarket and the Buxy cooperative cellar.

Sehr schönes aber auch sehr kleines Appartment
Wir haben in dem Appartment auf der Rückreise aus Südfrankreich für eine Nacht zur Zwischenübernachtung übernachtet. Das Appartment ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da, was man benötigt, sogar inkl. Duschgel, Senseo-Pads, Teebeuteln, etc.!
Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen, einer Teenager-Tochter, einer 6-Jährigen und unserem Beagle vor Ort. Für diese Personenzahl ist das Appartment seeehr klein. Da es nur für eine Nacht war, hat es uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

L’appartement est conforme à la description et aux photos et très propre. Ideal pour un séjour à deux.
Des petites attentions à l’arrivée appréciables (eau au frais, café,thé…).
Le fait que le linge de maison et lee menage soit compris est un plus.

Hébergement en très bon état, équipé d'une machine à laver (mais pas de lave vaisselle).
Un tout petit peu étroit pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants (mais fait l'affaire pour quelques nuits), sera très bien pour 2 personnes (environ 25m²).
La vaisselle et l'équipement (table/chaises) permettent des repas à 4.
Arrivée/départ en check-in/check-out automatique (boit à clefs), permettant une bonne amplitude horaire.
