The hotel is new and everything is up to standard. Staff are helpful and friendly. Just the location is not very convenient, but you can always call Grab to travel/ food delivery.

The breakfast was below average with stale croissants. It was promptly replaced when I complained. The Lounge on the 23rd Floor was so inadequate. Got a lot to learn from other 4-5 star hotels.

Good value for money if you are OK to compromise

It’s a new property however badly managed. Lack of resources at the reception past 2 times, long waiting (atleast 10 minutes), only 1 person at the counter managing quite a few guest to check in, managers are no where to be seen. Technical issues with their elevators e.g. false fire alarms, malfunctioning are very common. They have funny system of QR code for free parking, however most of the time QR code doesn’t work and I’m charged 21RM for over night parking. Limited food choices. However good value for money 😅
