Una propiedad magnífica para disfrutar de sus vacaciones en el sur, tan perfectamente ubicada entre las ciudades costeras de Dunsborough y Yallingup. Esta magnífica casa tiene todo lo que necesita para que sus vacaciones sean especiales: es tranquilo, pacífico, relajante y confortable. Disfrute de sentarse en el balcón disfrutando de las impresionantes vistas de los alrededores, el océano de Geographe Bay y ver los canguros que lo visitan a diario.
WIFI gratuito y excelente cobertura telefónica.

Cerca de Dunsborough para cafeterías, tiendas o un paseo por la playa de Geographe Bay. Igualmente cerca del municipio de Yallingup, donde encontrará excelentes lugares para nadar, surfear, bucear y pescar. Bodegas, restaurantes, galerías de arte, playas y cuevas espectaculares se encuentran en un corto radio. La popular tienda de pan de leña Yallingup está a pocos pasos de su pan fresco y cálido. Simmos Ice creamery, con mini golf y zona de juegos infantiles, está a 2 km cuesta abajo.

La cocina ha sido renovada en 2019 con horno de doble pared Bosch, placas de gas y encimeras de Corian y está totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesitará.
Se encuentra junto a la zona de comedor y salón de planta abierta con TV y DVD.
Tiene la opción de aire acondicionado de sistema dividido de ciclo inverso o un fuego de leña cerrado (leña suministrada).
La lavandería cuenta con lavadora de carga frontal, secadora y utensilios de planchado.

Arriba hay 3 dormitorios, dos con camas queen size y uno con 2 camas individuales.
El segundo baño tiene una ducha con bañera separada. Al lado del baño hay un baño separado.
El salón de arriba tiene un televisor de 139 cm, reproductor de DVD y un sistema de aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso.
Las puertas francesas, tanto del salón como de un dormitorio, se abren a la terraza que rodea el primer piso y ofrece zonas de descanso tranquilas para disfrutar del impresionante paisaje natural y las maravillosas vistas.

Beautiful relaxing holiday house

Located close to both Dunsborough and Yallingup, it was only a short drive to any beautiful beach. The house was very clean, well catered for with very comfortable beds. The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The house captures both sunset and sunrise, we enjoyed many cups of tea watching them from the terraces. Such a peaceful and private place close to everything.

Great property

We had a great stay. The property is very clean and comfortable, we had our adult children stay for a wedding in Yallingup, we were all very comfortable and the location was fantastic. Close to Dunsborough and Yallingup. Thoroughly recommend.

Best holiday house ever

This is one of the best house we have stayed in. The owners have an excellent sense of presentation and it’s perfectly appointed with everything you could need! From the comfy beds, the coffee machine and the stunning we had just what we needed to enjoy a very relaxing stay. Communication was very responsive and we can’t wait to book again.

This is our 2nd visit to Millhaven. The property has everything you need and at this time of year the fire pit and inside fire are a winner. My 12yo had fun exploring the property and using the swing. So many cozy corners inside and out to relax in. There are two separate spaces, upstairs and down so kids and parents can do their own thing. About to book again for next year!

Everything was easy! Glenda was very accommodating and helpful. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. We adored the evenings around the fire (inside and out). We would all love to stay again!

Beautiful setting

A perfect spot to relax and enjoy time with the family. The grounds are expansive and allow exploration and games, as well as a distance from neighbours that allows rejuvenation! The house is cosy and clean with a variety of living areas- a fire in the lounge whilst watching TV or a place to read upstairs or venture out onto the balcony. Overall a very enjoyable spot- which I think has something good to offer in both winter and summer.

What a truly beautiful homestead. So many things to like about it. ( isnt it the little things that matter ) Thank you Glenda for all your personal touches. Eight of us had a ball. Lovely clean property, nice touches in kitchen sauces, spices and coffee with clear instructions.

Would love to bring pet, seems could be very accommodating to dogs. Shampoo and conditioner would be great touch, overall stunning, very comfortable property. Thanks for a lovely stay

Gorgeous, tranquil city escape.

Beautiful, peaceful property that exceeded our expectations. Gorgeous house, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved sitting outside at night in one of a few seating options watching the stars and enjoying the tranquility. Only a short drive to many attractions and breathtaking beaches in the area. Whenever we visit this area again Millhaven would be the obvious choice to stay!
